“The kitchen staff was good but the cleaning was terrible, there was milk left in one of the mugs from the previous customer, hairs in the bath, wet floor in the bathroom, medicine tablet in the bedroom, no cleaning was done at all.”

“Near tube station only walking 5min and lots of option to go by bus as well. The staff is so helpful and kind that i never met in London before. Hotel is new and quite good condition of course. Parking is not free that cost 15 pound per 24 hour. ”

“Clean , good location ”

“Wet towels and sheets hanging on a rail in the kitchen and the whole place smelt musty. We left the doors open to get the place aired as it didn't smell fresh. Wifi couldnt log on host said it must have been an issue with our phone but the tv said no signal as well but the strange thing is you tube worked. Parking is a very small tight spot on the drive. Very tight. Garden outside could do with a tidy up to make it look more welcoming.”
