“Truly enjoyed my stay”

“The room, surrounding, beach and pool where well-kept and maintained. However there isn't much to do outside the compound as it is away from local shops and downtown. Generally friendly staff, although I did had a distasteful phone interaction with one receptionist while reporting an incident in our room, but after insisting that it has to be dealt with, management stepped in and rectified it. Overall My wife and I had a good and relaxing stay.”

“Unfortunately, the pool was under construction during our stay and unusable, but we didn't allow that to stop us. The beach was quite and relaxing, thus Westin has a family vibe and good for children. The staff was friendly. I do think they can do better at advertising the water and children's activities. The rooms were excellent and resturants too. Ferry service and crew were great too. Great stay for a family of 5!”

“Good Place”

“L’hébergement est en rénovation , donc certains services étaient manquants ou brisés ( exemple la serrure de ma porte de chambre heureusement qu’ils l’ont réparée assez vite ) certain item annoncé comme disponible tel que chaise de plage ou glacière étaient en location. Ce qui m’a le plus dérangé est l’emplacement de l’hébergement. Il se trouve loin de centre , et la plage , le transport publique rarissime et non fiable , donc il faut absolument être motorisé ( louer une auto) Sinon le personnel...

“It’s a great place to stay. Everything is inside this facility but you have to pay for everything. It’s not an All-Inclusive place.”
