"Beautiful. The Royal was great in that it was closest to the water park. My kids actually enjoyed spending some time at the coral pool and overall I actually enjoyed the vibe there a little more. Staff was always helpful although I was a little surprised at how “grumpy” some of them came off as. We ate at a few places; Carmines, Shake shack, the buffet, Plato’s, Bimini road, and the Deli. We all ended up with stomach issues particularly after carmine’s and Bimini. 1-5 I say food was a 2 at best and costs an arm and a leg. I understand the concept of importing but still the price felt extreme. The mini golf would have been fun but even that was $40 per person! I can’t imagine any justifiable reason for that. All that being said, we had a blast and it was beautiful. We will be back, albeit better equipped and prepared next time. "

"Friendly staff, nearby everything, great bar and casino. The only down side was that there was no hot water for the whole stay due to plumbing issues so it was not pleasant to shower but they were aware of and reportedly actively working on it and something outside of their control. "

"Nice breakfast to fuel us up for the water park, till lunch time anyway! Very close to the east entrance of Atlantis. Big room, love the partial wall to give a little separation from the sleeper sofa and the other beds. Good pool area, next to the bar area and restaurant. "

"Great stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was fresh with plenty of options. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Clean room that is in need of someTLC. The Pool is beautiful and so is the view from the patio where continental breakfast is available. The staff is very helpful. AC works great when there is not a power outage, which happens about 2 hours per day. Shower worked and there is bar soap and shampoo along with towels. The property feels safe, with a gate that is locked 8-8pm. Location is good if you want to be downtown and walk to the many jewelry and gift shops. Not sure if there is parking at the hotel because our car rental fell through due to our flight arriving late (they do not hold car reservations at the airport rental agencies) but you can get a taxi to take you anywhere. Taxis cost a lot. Bring lots of cash because that’s all they take!"

"Loved our room we had a lovely balcony with a view of the beach and the pool. The spa services were amazing. The pools were nice and the servers and staff were friendly. The only issues was timing on getting service we waited long periods off times to get served or even be acknowledged. We found this unusual for an IGH property."
