"They gave us free upgrade. So we got a suite with balcony view. It was lovely, felt well rested and the rooftop pool was AMAZING!!! Worth the price. Just wish I could try their buffet/restaurant but no time. "

"The hotel is on 6 different properties close to each other in the Medina. I visited three of these (one with main reception and breakfast, one with the room I stayed in and a third with the spa). All were close by but its good to be aware of this. The staff were helpful with the luggage and with booking taxis, spa, excursions etc. "

Got lost twice because odd numbered and even numbered rooms are in different wings, but directions on signs are ranges. Spa drove me crazy - said would accept dollars and then refused a $20 bill because it was "too old.""

"The owner is a sweetheart! We loved this place. He helped us with all our touristic camel ride, desert dinner etc! BReakfast was great! the room was very big and nice. We arrived with our motorcycle and he kept it safe while we were travelling in the desert! He was an amazing company to have too! We would love to come back!!"
