“Beautiful views. Nice pool but could have been better maintained. Front desk staff lovely; very helpful. Unfortunately, breakfast buffet and their staff need work. Coffee machines often down, food would ruin our and there was sometimes a long wait. Staff was not always pleasant either. Definitely some training needed there.”

“The view!!! While deciding where to stay in the Azores, I do not think the reviews were clear about the view at this location. Truly, the view was amazing. We were lucky that our room had an incredible view, but the view can be enjoyed from many places throughout the resort. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The room had a hot tub, and it was a great for unwinding at the end of a long day exploring. The food was very good at dinner, breakfast just OK in my opinion. The mocktail (Sunset...
