“We had a beautiful view of the ocean from our room, the staff was friendly, attentive and the room was clean. The food was very good and there was a lot of activities throughout the day.”

“The facilities in the common areas (e.g., pools, lobby, restaurants, theater, etc.) were in very good condition; however, this is NOT the case for the guest rooms. The guest rooms lacked maintenance. (For example: the shower had only one door, so water splashed all over the floor outside the shower area when showering; the chrome on the bathroom faucets was worn.; one of the electrical outlet covers in the room was loose, and when I unplugged the cell phone chargers, the cover came off, leaving...

“Overall the stay was great. Rooms are a bit outdated and the elevator being out of service were negatives but in general the stay was great and staff was very friendly ”

“Food very average. Rooms clean and well designed. Staff amazingly friendly and helpful. Access to beach is great but beach is very dangerous. Constant red flag not to go swim. Front desk kept messing up our room keys. Had to go back three times to fix. And concierge forgot about my car rental info. Overall 3.5 out of five rating. ”
