“The hotel and staff were great. Our only issue really was that although you get early entry into the park, alot of the rides don't open until later in the day which means there's not a lot to do with smaller kids who aren't going on the skylion. The evening buffet is nice but also expensive and not really worth it for families with picky eater kids”

“Clean room, friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location”

“재미있는 호텔입니다. 윈저에서는 가장 좋습니다. 레스토랑의 경치가 좋습니다. 객실로 가는 길은 불편하지만 그것이 재미있습니다.”

“Very friendly and professional check-in. Stayed in room 306. Decor was tired and scruffy. Dangerous light socket by the bed. Window was filthy and all the paint work around it was a mess. Breakfast options were OK. Overall disappointed by the quality of the room and wouldn’t recommend.”

“Loved how charming it was”

“Tout simplement magnifique. La campagne près de Londres. Les jardins, le service, la nourriture tout est impeccable.”

“Beautiful property, wonderful staff and food, lots of goodies included in your stay even with the lowest room fare.”

Like many have said, pool and gym pictures do not exist at the property, they are in a leisure centre down the road. We booked a family room that was...

“4th stay here this year. AC kept changing from 20c cool to 24c heat, which is too hot to sleep. The fridge was turned off when I arrived and it took mintenance to come and rescue it. A very similar story to my last visit if you look through my reviews. No doubt I'll stay here again shortly as the local alternatives are poor. I expect more for £250 per night. Only one budweiser in the fridge this stay too, I've previously had two. Staff helpful but couldn't put me in a quiet room due to being...
