โVery nice people here! It is an old guesthouse so the fact I was on the 3rd was ok, the stairs were solid but narrow so if I had more luggage than a small backpack it would have been hard. No issues with the other floors though. So to restate floor 3, room 10 quaint room for person with very little luggage. โ

Breakfast was a little disappointing it has obviously to be set up beforehand, and therefore limited, as there was no staff around to service it.
I would much prefer there to be a manned reception rather than having to reply on mobile phone and codes for access.
Having said that I would be pleased to use it again and can recommend it. โ
โThe property was excellently situated just around the corner from the Minster. The rooms are well presented with everything you need and staff are very helpful. The pub down stairs is well stocked and a nice environment to be in. Jane was amazing and very generous on our arrival to take our bags in early so we could make the most of our time in York.
