"I saw a bug( I don’t know it’s a bed bug or some other bug) in bed and reported to reception (around 10 am) to change the bed sheets while going out. They dint change till 6 pm and I have to instruct them to clean the room when we are going out in the evening. There is no kettle or microwave in the room. View was good and property was well maintained."

"The room was not properly maintained, with garbage left uncollected and no microwave provided. Considering the high room rates and the additional $50 per night parking fee, the stay felt overpriced. Although the view was enjoyable but not worth the prcoe, it did not make up for the lack of cleanliness and extra charges. Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I expected much better value for the price paid."

"They must have more activities for children from the staff, such as books of coloreal, activity of awards with questions when a child birthdays could go to their room to sing with little things from the hotel, such as cupcake, stuffed and some table games, but in the rest, very good, thank you."
