“The room was too bright because one curtain—the one closest to the window—was missing, and the curtain rail was poorly designed. Add a 90-degree bend at the end of the rail and a top box to prevent light from leaking between the rail and the curtain. The overhead shower was positioned too close to the wall and did not swivel enough to make rinsing off comfortable. We have stayed at many Embassy Suites and were disappointed by the breakfast’s lack of seasoning, flavor, and overall quality....

“Excelente todo. Me encantó”

“Our room at a mildew smell, other than that, it was a very nice hotel, and the beach view room felt more like oceanfront”

“we reserved a room online for the Dream hotel but when we got there at night we got rejected because they told us they were full however when we went online they took our money with our reservation.

“Nice kitchen and has utensils”

“Highly Recommend – Would Definitely Stay Again! The hotel was only a 5-minute Uber ride from the airport, making it very convenient. The staff was exceptional, and our spacious room featured two queen-size beds, providing plenty of room to relax. Upon arrival, we enjoyed the complimentary cocktail hour from 5–7 PM, which offered a great selection of drinks and delicious nachos. The poolside area was another great spot to hang out and unwind. The location was excellent, with easy access to...

“Third time there; will go there whenever I visit Puerto Rico . It honestly was a pleasure staying there!”

“The property was clean except for the carpet in the bedroom. The staff at front office was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was close to the beach, only to cross the street. Faccio Pizza was amazing, the food, the staff and the drinks. Loved it. Emigrante Gastrobar not good at all, including the staff not welcoming at all. Our stay was a 7 out of ten.”
