"真的非常不推薦這間民宿！房間空間小到連行李都很難打開，床也只是加大單人床卻要兩個人共睡，住宿舒適度非常差。更讓人傻眼的是民宿室內竟然設有監視器，入住前完全沒有清楚告知，對於住宿隱私來說真的非常扣分。我們一行十人入住六天，但民宿提供的基本備品（衛生紙、毛巾）明顯不足，最後還需要自己外出購買。洗衣機壞掉向民宿反映後也沒有任何處理，導致毛巾無法清洗。當時民宿表示可以使用倉庫的備用毛巾，結果退房後卻又向我們追討毛巾費用，前後說法完全不一致，讓人感覺非常不舒服另外退房時還被要求把房間恢復成剛入住的樣子，連玄關處有腳印也說我們弄髒，幾乎等於要房客自己打掃。花錢住宿卻要遵守這種規定，實在讓人很難理解。如果只是空間小或設備普通也就算了，但連基本服務與處理事情的方式都讓人失望。完全不會再考慮入住，也不會推薦任何朋友，其他旅客訂房務必三思請不要來"

"這次入住 CAVATINA 的整體感受非常好，從入住到退房都很順利。房間乾淨整潔，空間比想像中寬敞，床鋪舒適，隔音也不錯，晚上睡得很安穩。浴室維護得很好，熱水供應穩定，水壓充足，洗澡非常舒服。房內設備齊全，冷氣、Wi-Fi 都運作正常，住起來相當便利。住宿地點也很方便，附近有便利商店、餐廳和大眾運輸，不論是外出觀光或購物都很輕鬆，省下不少交通時間。雖然早餐選擇沒有大型飯店那麼多，但食物新鮮、口味不錯，能夠滿足一天的需求。以這次住宿的價格來說，整體 CP 值很高，住宿環境舒適、服務品質良好，也沒有遇到任何令人困擾的問題。無論是自由行、情侶旅行或家庭旅遊，都很適合選擇這裡。下次如果再到這個城市旅遊，我還是會考慮入住 CAVATINA，也會推薦給正在找住宿的朋友。"

We had some trouble accessing the key because of the language barrier, but once we realized the Union flag at the top of the instructions was a tab to translate to English, everything was clear. The Royal Park Canvas – Sapporo Odori Park

"Room was clean, design was pleasant, and the view of Sapporo TV Tower was a highlight! We appreciated being able to choose which amenities we wanted (loved the face masks and skin care products) and the food/beverage coupons for if we decided not to have full room cleaning. It’s great to have incentives for environmental conscientiousness. The extra sofa bed was fairly roomy and comfortable for the third person. Having a record player was a neat experience, and the borrowing process was pretty easy to figure out with a good selection overall. The main lobby was well decorated and a nice place to enjoy a drink and some late night food. Staff were helpful and friendly, thanks for helping forward my luggage! The location is fantastic, right next to Odori Park and only blocks away from shopping and entertainment. Subway station exit comes up by the hotel, but unfortunately there was a lot of renovations so it was quicker to just walk to Sapporo Station. Only downside was not being able to use the rooftop patio, which I was really looking forward to. It was closed to guests for the first two nights for a private event, and then it rained every evening for the remainder of our stay. While we didn’t get the evening fire experience we wanted, the daytime view of the tower and park was nice. Overall, a fantastic stay and would love to stay here again on a future trip."

"우선 이번 여행은 약 20년 만에 다시 방문한 삿포로였습니다. 이번 여행은 부부 여행으로 모든 것을 제가 인터넷을 통해 하나부터 열 가지를 정했습니다. 'Hotel Emion Sapporo'도 삿포로 역에서 가깝고 보기에 깨끗해서 인터넷으로 예약했었습니다. 2박 3일 동안 정말 깨끗한 시설에서, 게다가 청소까지 너무 잘해주어서 상쾌하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 대욕장도 편리했고, 편의 시설인 세탁기도 사용하기 쉽게 관리되고 있어 좋았습니다. 조금 안 좋았던 것은 아침식사가 너무 맛 있어, 제 양보다 많이 먹게 되었고 몸무게가 1.3kg 정도 늘었다는 것입니다. 아무튼 집 사람과 둘이 행복하게 삿포로를 즐길 수 있는 기반이 되어준 호텔이었습니다. 다음에 방문할 기회가 온다면 또 예약하고 싶은 호텔이었습니다."
