I had a fantastic stay at Gilmore One in Van Nuys and would absolutely stay here again. The property was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and offered everything I needed for a comfortable visit. I was especially impressed by how safe and secure the environment felt, which gave me real peace of mind throughout my stay. The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and major freeways, making it a great home base for exploring the area. On top of that, the value for the price simply can’t be beat. Finding accommodations in Los Angeles that are this clean, comfortable, and affordable is rare.

Everything was great here! Took my family here for 2 nights and had everything we could need. Definitely would stay here again. There is parking you just need to reach out to the owner to set it up. Clean and friendly owner. Area is calm as well very quiet!

The room was very clean and new! Sunny, the daytime contact was super! The neighbors hood was sketchy but the property was very protected. The shower doors wouldn’t stay shut, there was no tv in the room, no trash can except for bathroom. Parking was something to be desired. We had to buy a fan because the room was hot and you can’t control the air. If you wanted clean towels, you had to wash your own ( very strange).

Super clean rooms super clean house. We were independent and given access to very clean common living areas. Wonderful communication always by the hosts. Street parking gets crowded but nothing that was unmanageable. Loved the place and would stay over and over again.

Room clean, staff Sonny was very helpful. The Manager Shukai wasn't that friendly. When I got to the location I found out that the place is sharable with strangers. The only privacy is the room(s) you rent. The amenities doesn't give clear description stating there are going to be stranger that you share the living area and kitchen with.
