“Excelente ”

“It is an appartment on the 9th floor of a 22-storey building. There is a little pool on the rooftop of the building, and they have a cardpark in the basement, 5 storeys underground. The appartment itself is rather small, but is equipped with everything necessary. The aircondition would benefit from some regular maintenance I suppose!”

“Outstanding neighborhood. Quiet, but close to lots of cafes, restaurants, bars, etc. The building and apartment were very clean. The apartment could use a fresh coat of paint. However, it was relatively modern and the kitchen had everything that you need for a lengthier stay. Front desk was so friendly! They were great!”

“O apartamento fica numa região com fácil acesso (está entre 2 pontos de metro), próximo a mercado, farmácia, cafeterias. O apartamento tem um bom tamanho e uma cozinha com geladeira, forno, fogão, micro-ondas porém infelizmente falta utensílios de cozinha para poder cozinhar. Não há forma ou refratário para usar o forno. Copos de água havia somente 2 (estávamos em 3). Possui ar condicionado somente no quarto de casal e com a chegada do frio, acredito que o apartamento deve ficar gelado.”

“조용한 주택가에 자리 잡은 곳이라 소음 걱정없이 숙면을 취할 수 있었고 호텔 주변이 안전하게 느껴졌습니다. 어린 아이와 함께 묵었는데 유아용 침대도 설치해 주었고 직원분들이 모두 친절했어요! 매일 매일 깨끗한 청소와 넉넉한 수건 제공도 좋았습니다. 아파트형 숙소의 장점과 호텔의 장점을 모두 갖춘 곳입니다.”

“I initially booked this property for a few days to be in the wonderful, cosmopolitan, safe Providencia neighborhood. I am an American from NYC and working remotely seeing nature areas of Chile on weekends when I am off (Atacama, Valle del Equi, Valparaiso, etc.). Anita and the staff were beyond friendly and allowed me to store extra bags and packages while I checked out during weekends to go else where and would have my bags back in the room when I returned. The apartment had a nice living...

“My partner and I stayed here for a week in February 2024. It's a lovely apart-hotel in a wonderful location. The area right around the hotel is a bit touristy, but quite comfortable and bustling. It's steps from a metro stop, a very short walk to a full grocery store, near plentiful restaurants and bars (La Mesita was excellent). The room was very nice: good kitchenette with everything you need, nice sized refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, kettle, etc. Comfortable and surprisingly quiet room....
