"This is the excellent location to explore Santiago. Walking distance to main city attractions including Plaza the Armas, National Museum of Bella Artes, San Francisco Church and Santa Lucia hill. The roof bar and restaurant is also great. "

"If you are coming to Santiago you MUST stay here! The area is the best in Santiago - we felt so safe and there were so many walkable options for food and drink around. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic - it is offered in the cafe just under the hotel. The guys on reception, Francis and Nicholas, are amazing. So kind, patient and go above and beyond. There is no lift in the hotel but they assisted us with luggage up and down. I couldn’t recommend this hotel...

"Everything was so perfect really. Our room and bathroom were very spacious, so clean and comfortable. All the staff are extremely helpful, patient and friendly, including in their restaurant. Wish we could have stayed longer. "

The room and hotel was well kept and they had a great breakfast both hot and cold. The hotel was close to a major park, good for a walk or run. And we were walking distance from restaurants and bars. Highly recommended for a stay in Santiago."

"An older hotel brought to life by the friendly staff. We had a wonderful stay in Santiago and really enjoyed Luciano as our home base. The staff arranged a Taxi even packed us a breakfast to go when we had a 530 am flight. Pisco sours on the rooftop were another highlight. Highly recommend! "
