"The property did everything they could but the seaweed prevented us from swimming or going to the beach. The humidity was horrible. We sweated thru all of our clothes. No elevators. We had to walk a lot and far sometimes. The resort is huge. Amazingly staff. Very friendly & professional. We felt very well taken care of. I would definitely come back. The transportation guys could be nicer & more patient. We felted rushed & overcharged a few times. But overall such an amazing resort. "

Pool bar was great Eloy is the man! Moses on the cart is awesome and an asset to this hotel. Samantha in building 21 was extremely helpful with our questions. The buffets were average we all found something we could eat. The steakhouse and the oriental restaurants were excellent. The Mexican restaurant was terrible the food was awful. The best breakfast was at the lagoon buffet get the omelette. Rosita at the lobby bar was a great server and her personality was so great.
Check in and check out we’re very simple. Not sure the name of our house keeper in building 21 3rd floor but wow she was amazing. We would absolutely go back if we decide to return to plya del Carmen. "
