“Excellent location in the middle of Tulum, just 2 blocks from downtown Tulum. It's GOOD to keep a short distance from the non-stop music. Many restaurants around, not a problem for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The ADO bus station is on the Right of the main street, 10-15 mins walk; A taxi service center is on the Left of the main street, 5 mins walk. Room is small but cozy and clean. “We were there for 5 days. Since our arrival their yard stole my heart. It is beautiful, like an oasis, quiet and a good place to relax since they have 2 pools on the property. The room was a bit odd to me since the bathroom didn't have a door so it was like an open space, but overall i liked it and i was very impressed by the cleanliness of it and also the towel folding that the housekeeping does. The hotel is very close to 5th ave where you can find a lot of places to eat and also to the beach,...

“Beautiful place! It was an awesome oasis in the city. Absolutely loved it and would stay there again.”

“The best area for those who want to be close to all the excitement and fun but also be able to sleep somewhere quiet at night. This place has a gated parking lot for our rental car which saved a lot of worry, and the hotel is right next to the convenience store for a quick bite. It is not far away from Playa Del Carmen, being no more than a 10-minute walk to 5th Ave / ocean where everything is. The area is well-lit and feels extremely safe, and we would love bring our families here next time....

“Great location! Walking distance to many shops, restaurants, atms and exchange houses. We were ok walking up to our third floor room! Nice view, clean, check in was easy and friendly. Parking was available in the front of the hotel for our rental car. They also had many bikes to available. ”
