"Had a really great time. We did have a list of things that we found to be a little aggravating. When we arrived, we were giving a “map” but it was difficult to navigate, they didn’t tell us about the app either, I just figured it out. No one also explained the difference between our booking and booking in the artistas building. I also didn’t know that so much was closed on a Sunday but that’s my fault. And the worst part of our trip was the NOISE. Out side our room, at all hours of the early morning staff was so loud and I swear moving furniture around, there’s a cart of glasses and water and it’s LOUD. They also knocked on our door no less than 3 times each morning just asking if we need anything. Other than that it was great! Staff was very nice and friendly and food and drinks were great. Despite what I listed above we’d happily book again"
