“Staff at check in and out not helpful Room was very poor only one pillow per person toilet/bathroom very scruffy ,ironing board had holes in the ironing surface windows in need of refurbishment”

The rooms attached to pub are great if you’re disabled . The staff are lovely a really nice family run place so welcoming in a beautiful little village with gorgeous surroundings peaceful . “The check in was nice and easy and the receptionist was very friendly and informative, went to the room from the outside through a door at the side which was in much need of an update, as was the rest of the hotel, the room was basic but very clean had a view of the disused pool and overgrown garden, the view of the river however from the beer garden was very beautiful. The food was nice and staff friendly but It took forever to come and it seemed very disorganised, one hour forty five minutes...

“The Hotel is a treat for the eyes and a great place to relax in the many rooms. A beautiful bar and a great breakfast kept us satisfied after a day of exploring the area. A super comfortable bed made our stay even better. The golf course looks beautiful and the hiking trails are interesting. Easy to park your car. The staff were helpful and very polite.
