"Breakfast was not what I expected. Gratuity included to wait staff for a buffet and coffee carafe that was already on table. 20 percent for him to give us juice. The party I was with upgraded their room and received a $35 credit per day and tickets to a museum. I picked a premium room and paid for the Breakfast which wasn’t great. Should have upgraded when I arrived."

"I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times but this time I was surprise. I called the front desk to inform them that my TV was not working. They sent an electrician up to my room and he was unable to repair it; he informed me that he’ll tell the front desk and they’ll give me a call to switch my room with a working tv. The front desk never called; so I had to call them. A gentlemen picked up and was immediately rude and informed me, “well we’ll just give you a $50 credit; so what would you like to do…” I politely hung the phone up, packed my things and checked out early within the next 2hrs; I went to the front desk a polite lady named Ms.Clark checked me about and I booked at another hotel for night. I was suppose to stay from Friday to Sunday; but after that rude call of the unprofessional gentlemen I simply packed my stuff and checked out early."

"The hotel itself is good - getting to be a bit dated and could benefit from a refresh, but not too bad. However, our $300 headphones were stolen from our room by the cleaners. We reported the theft and security plans to conduct an investigation, but didn’t inspire much confidence in the likelihood that they will be recovered or that we’d be compensated."
