“Not quite the 5 star experience that we were expecting. The hotel is very dated and could do with some TLC. The decking area outside of the bar was very dirty with holes in the seat covers and the whole are could do with a clean and a tidy up. You need to get up early for breakfast as there is limited seating for this and it gets extremely busy after 9am. The room was comfortable but it would have been great to have seats on the balcony so that you can sit and enjoy the view. I have stayed...

“Nice staff and comfortable bed”

“Very clean hotel. Was charge extra for breakfast when I arrived but it was corrected straight away. The shower was also cold and didn’t warm up. ”

“Even though hotel is a little bit distant from main street and attractions, we can reach there by walk easily. The room condition was good and clean. However they didn't give us complimentary water. I heard that was their policy. It is first time for me to meet such a hotel which do not give complimentary water. ”

“Very big room, perfectly comfortable and bathroom was huge. Shower water pressure was excellent. Some peeling paint in the bedroom and noise insulation not as good as it could be - we could clearly hear the entertainment in one of the conference rooms underneath our room. Nice to have 2 types of pillow and book with ideas for what to do in the local area. Some of the reception spa staff were not as welcoming as the rest of the hotel (beautician was very helpful). “Nice hotel, excellent service”

“We booked a nights stay as we have recently booked our wedding at this hotel, we couldn't of asked for a better place to get married, rooms were excellent, spa was busy but it was valentine's weekend and the food was superb. We are more than happy to share with our family and friends after our nights stay”
