"We stayed here for 4 nights and it was good. The staff were helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was quite limited for a 5 star property in my opinion and didn’t vary too much day to day. The rooms were clean and the bed was spacious and comfortable except for the pillows. The pillows look sooo plush but they flatten like a pancake. What would make it better is if they had a pillow menu like other 5 star hotels and you could choose the type of pillow you prefer. Overall we chose this property because of the location and cleanliness and were content with the overall stay."

"Hotel is beautiful and good location near everything especially Ben Than market. All staff are helpful, polite and friendly. Room was good size to open 2 big luggages but it’s no views as it’s close to next building. Air-con works well. Pool is small size and the roof top bar has great city views of HCMC. Breakfast is okay and small portion. I asked for late check out and paid 50% of the room rate. It’s quit pricey but it’s okay for the unbearable hot and humidity outside. Overall, it’s a great stay and I don’t mind to stay here again if I visit HCMC ."

By far the best hotel I have ever stayed at in the entire world and Inhave traveled extensively. I got sick in Vietnam and the hotel even found me a doctor and arranged for a doctors visit too. Best hotel in world"
