"Overall we had a pleasant stay. The location is centrally located to everything. It’s also conveniently located inside of a mall so we had access to all the restaurants and shops within steps of walking outside the hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful with all our needs. There were several issues I would complain about. Upon checking in, the drain in our shower was clogged but that was quickly fixed once it was brought to their attention. There was a lot of ceiling plaster that fell on the ground next to our bed. Luckily it wasn’t directly over our bed. Also, I felt the AC in the room always had a humidity or wetness in the air so I always felt sticky. Lastly, some items at the breakfast buffet could be improved. The lemon pancakes I ordered from the menu were stale and tasted like cardboard. The fried rice and noodles were overcooked and tasted dry. The beef stew and curry was never steaming hot."

"Beautiful Hotel, Great Location however Club Floor is not your usual Club Floor experience if you are travelling on Business. No Snacks they do serve Canapes on arrival but there was nothing offered on subsequent days. Breakfast choice on 2nd Floor was great however the Staff are poorly trained/duplicating tasks/not performing/ordering drinks was chaotic and very hit and miss over 5 days. shame as the decor of the hotel was beautiful - just let down by the inexperience/lack of training for some of the staff who were customer facing"

"Sedona Suites is a luxury hotel with great amenities, awesome staff, and great location. The suites were modern, clean, spacious, and had everything that you needed. It also had a great gym, pool, and buffet breakfast. The views were also great as you oversaw district 1 and the rest of Saigon. The staff spoke great English, always provided tips and advice, and were quick to respond. I had some late night delivery that they kept safe and brought to the room the next day. The location was very convenient (across from Saigon Square, 5 mins to Ben Thanh, etc) and was walking distance to a bunch of other landmarks, shopping, and food. Awesome stay and will stay here again if I am in Saigon!"
