"A wonderful hotel in a great location. Short walk to to the Roman bath and bath abbey, and so much great shopping and restaurants. The family room was so big and comfortable! Felt like a US sized hotel room. "

"There wasn't anything we didn't like. It's a beautuful hotel, the food was excellent and staff were wonderful. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Would definitely stay here again. One of the best showers and towels I have had in a hotel. Well thought out rooms. The breakfast was really good and plenty of choice. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel was close to all the sights and to the shops and lots of good restaurants close by."

"Very central. Clean and all you need for a nights sleep. Bit tight for 2 people "

"Why?"

"We had a lovely double aspect view of the sea and St Ives from our spacious hotel room with queen bed, the outdoor swimming pool was very clean. The grounds with flowers and trees were well tended and extensive. Plenty of fruit and cereals if you did not want a fried breakfast, but only sliced bread or small croissants, one type of mild cheese or ham. Also no fridge or water in the room."
