โAmazing stay from start to finish, upon check in Brain at the front desk went above and beyond to show us to our room and around the property. The hot springs were amazing after a long day of activities in town. We were able to see sloths and monkeys while at the property which was amazing. I would highly recommend staying here.

โThe property was beautiful. The hot springs and pool area were large enough that you didnโt feel like you were all over other people. The cleaning staff made cute towel animals everyday. The restaurant on site was fairly priced and the breakfast was amazing with tons of options. So many things close by and on site to keep the whole family busy-We loved it here! โ
โThe resort staff knew us by name and were genuinely concerned with our happiness. The food was fresh and delicious from the buffet breakfast to the poolside dining or the sushi restaurant. The beds were comfortable and rooms nice and dark as well as quiet for a good nightโs rest after an active day exploring the grounds. We had a blast river tubing and sitting in the springs as well as having smores by the firepit. The wildlife animal tour was incredible. Will definitely return.โ
โMy husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon, and we were not disappointed one bit. All of the staff here is nice, welcoming, and informative. The hotel itself is so clean and open, not to mention how beautiful, peaceful, and the environment around it is. โ
