“Great choice to stay in Zermatt”

“1. 마테호른 뷰가 완벽해요 숙박하는 2박3일 동안 마테호른을 원없이 보았습니다 2. 오며가며 픽업서비스가 잘 되어 있어 편했어요 3. 길가에서 골목을 좀 들어가여 하는데, 오히려 그것 때문에 조용하고 평화로운 숙소였어요 숙소 바로 뒤가 숲속이어서 무더운 여름 내내 시원했어요 에어컨과 냉장고가 없어도 크게 불편함을 느끼지 못했어요 4. 0층 조식 먹는 레스토랑이 되게 분위기 있어요 저는 1일2식을 신청해서 저녁도 이 레스토랑에서 먹었는데, 굳이 멀리 나가지 않아도 되어 좋았습니다 ”

“Bijzonder en mensloos digi-hotel. Het werkt! De bedbank moesten we wel zelf opmaken, dat hoort immers bij het concept. Toen het uitgeklapt was bleek het een hobbelige pijnbank met een flinterdun matrasje te zijn. De chatbot reageerde via Whatapp binnen 3 seconden op onze klacht en was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Maar verder dan goedbedoelde tips kwam het niet. Uiteindelijk werd de behandeling van de klacht overgenomen door een echt en empatisch mens. Maryem bood ons een geweldige upgrade aan,...

“Gute Lage zur City / Lido und See. Das Hotel eignet sich auch für Familien mit Kleinkindern. Die Zimmer bieten genügend Platz für eine Familie. Ebenfalls ist ein Pool und ein Spielplatz vorhanden. Am Pool sind Liegen und Badetücher kostenlos und in genügender Stückzahl vorhanden. Parkplätze sind in der Tiefgarage vorhanden und können vorgängig reserviert werden. Der Check-In und der Check-Out gehen speditiv über die Bühne. Ich kann das Hotel mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.”

“This hotel is the best place to enjoy the Matterhorn. It's the best hotel to take pictures by going to the photo spot while watching the ever-changing Matterhorn. The kindness of the staff is also the best. It takes time to walk, so if you have luggage, use the shuttle service (10 Fr) and it's downhill after check out and the way back, so it's enough to walk. I was so happy to take a great Matterhorn picture”
