"Excellent location! 5 min walk to Hyde Park, 10 min walk to Kensington Palace. There are cafes and restaurants within a 1-2 min walk. Close to Paddington and Landcaster Station. The room is small but the high ceilings help. There no AC and there’s no fan in the bathroom, making it very stuffy (why I only gave 4 stars) The bed is very comfortable and the coffee/tea station in the room is a very nice touch. "I had a 4 night stay at the Hyde Park Radnor Hotel, & I would stay there again. The room had been refurbished in the last few years, & had a newer digital TV. There was a good cooked breakfast available. I have no complaints about the hotel. The room was clean & it was a 5 minute walk from Paddington Station. "

"As I am on a walking stick I requested a ground floor room (Over the telephone after I had booked) but this was not adhered and I found it quite difficult getting up the fairly steep stairs. The room itself was very very small and pokey & certainly not worth the £180 charged. We booked a twin but got a double! Would I stay again - certainly not. However the staff were most nice, polite & welcoming."
