10/10 Excellent

"It’s was a great stay for 3 of us. It was a great location in an old building (actually reminded us of a tenement from NYC) The shared bathroom/showers were actually quite convenient as we could all use separate facilities at the same time. The room on the first floor was a bit warm and a bit loud until midnight but would not say it affected our stay. Would recommend."

"They need give a better description of the hotel. Maybe suggest that you only stay one or two days definitely no more than that .since the don't give refunds if you check out early. I slept there for one night and hurt my back because the bed was so low to the ground, so I had to find another hotel and they still charged me for days that I didn't stay on there property."

"The staff were fantastic and the decor was beautiful. The building was older and our room smelled of dog urine. Toilet was in a separate room from the sink which was with the shower. Shower was very narrow leading to accidentally opening curtain while turning around and getting the floor wet. Additionally, there was a mix up between placing the reservation and arrival which removed the breakfast option from our reservation. There are several coffee shops nearby but if you are there during the weekend most places don’t open early. We did have dinner in the restaurant one evening and everything was delicious. There is also no refrigerator or microwave in the room, which may be common in London. Most restaurants near the hotel serve large portions and I was sad to waste so much food. The location was perfect for the places we wanted to go."

"Stayed at this hotel numerous times in the past due to the location and the value for money. Turned up yesterday and you now have to pay £10 per bag if you want to use luggage drop off. I paid extra for an upgraded room which was smaller than a cupboard, dated, and the air conditioning unit was so loud we couldn’t have it on overnight (on the hottest weekend of the year so far). Also no tea and coffee in the room any more….what the hell is that all about? Will never stay here again"
