“My family stayed here on our first day in Tokyo. The surroundings were quiet, and the room was well-organized, allowing us to rest comfortably. I accidentally left my car keys behind when I checked out. Although the staff tried to contact me—and I missed the message— they went to great lengths to send the lost item to me even after I had already left Tokyo. While the accommodation itself was comfortable and excellent, I was deeply impressed by the assistance provided after checkout. Thanks to...

“It was my 3rd time staying there. It is convenient, the rooms are spacious. Highly recommend.”

“Staff was clear and explained everything . The room was a little on the tiny side for 4 adults. We appreciated the separate toilet from shower. The full kitchen and provided amenities were great. The location was perfectly just tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo station but close enough.”

“Very difficult to find with the uber driver. No Wi-Fi instructions. Took a day to get them. I gues you get what you pay for, and there are many hotels just up the road for slightly more and way less confusion ”

“Our stay was amazing, much more roomier than other hotels we stayed at and the facilities were all new. Staff all spoke fluent English, they were attentive, and very helpful with anything we needed.”

“This place was great. Normally I stay at a major chain hotel in Shinjuku but I think I will be staying here from now on. The floor-to-ceiling windows let in so much light and the space is open and feels really airy. The powered window shades are also great when you want to sleep in too. Glad there was a washer and dryer unit, because I'm a sweaty boy, especially in humid end-of-summer September. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable and the big shower and bathroom were also super nice. Fridge was nice to...
