Rooms were tidied up every day, front desk staff was attentive and kind, and doormen were also welcoming and helpful. They knew what we needed before we could even ask. "Perfect location! My daughter and I stayed here for our Broadway Vacay, and we couldn't have been in a better location. One block from Time Square and only 1-3 blocks from any theater that we attended. Plenty of restaurants and a 24 hour convenience store right next door. Hotel is extremely clean, comfortable and quiet! Staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to check in several hours early for a small fee which was nice! The only small complaint I would have is no fridge in the room. There is an ice machine behind the bar that you have access to but a small fridge for water/drinks would have been nice, but certainly not a deal breaker. I would definitely stay here again! "
