“1st off, the hotel property was VERY CLEAN!! Theres always someone cleaning. Super good. Everything is is good working order, all the restaurants are great but we’re a buffet family so we spent most of the time there. Lol. Our room was good size, staff is very nice and friendly. Don’t have 1 negative thing to say. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. It is super FAMILY FRIENDLY and oh I forgot, there’s a water park here too. 😂😂”

“The staff was excellent- kind and anticipated your needs before you did! Very attentive! The specialty restaurants were fantastic! The property is huge so bring your walking game. The beach is not owned by resort and before we went we were cautioned by friends of sand fleas on the beach that can create an itchy ankle hassle while trying to sleep- bring bug spray! The weather every day was fantastic! Rooms are dated but decent and I slept like a baby! Nothing to do but enjoy and relax! ”

Welcome staff don’t do a great job of explaining the amenities or food offerings, but we were able to discover them ourselves or from guests who had been there a few days before us. “This is definitely a resort that caters to an older and less active clientele. Other than the pool there are no "activities" to speak of on the resort, other than tennis courts that are a 1/4 - 1/2 mile walk away from the main area. They were also short on pool chairs, so if you don't get there early you might not get one. The food was "good", but the options are very limited. “Booked a “premium suite” and paid a premium price for a suite that has no dedicated shower. The shower is a handheld inside a huge jacuzzi tub with no shower curtain! Your bathing options are to fill and drain an enormous spa size tub or slip & slide on uneven jacuzzi seats spraying water everywhere. The hotel response “you booked a jacuzzi suite”. “Our needs were very well met. The pool activities were great fun. i enjoyed the Salsa and Merengue dance class with Ashley and Gustavo and the pool water aerobics classes were great fun. Lulu and others were great instructors. I am on some medicine that needs refrigeration, and the staff brought me a medical refrigerator so I could get my medicine during the stay.
