“Wish I could have flown in to Ian Fleming. So it wasn’t such a drive to get to the resort. People there drive like lunatics. Staff are helpful, but when checking in they’re trying to sell you a membership. So be prepared for some high pressure sales. The view is wonderful but when snorkeling you get to see lots of trash in the water. The resort could use some updating. Our ac in our room would shut off constantly saying our balcony door was open but it wasn’t. So I had to keep opening and...

“The staff was amazing everyone we spoke to except the nurse and yasaunna were incredible. They were warm friendly helpful and just overall incredible. Barrington, Javier, kierah, chef Marcus, Chef Anthony, and Suttoni, were wonderful but yasaunna is horrible especially for her to be a big customer service supervisor she knows nothing about customer service. Also, the chairs in the dining room buffet are stressful they take away from the dining experience.”
