“Great experience, loved the lobby area and overall decor.”

“Location is great. Shower had a bit mold but everything else had its purpose.”

“To be honest, my overall experience with New York City itself was not enjoyable — the overwhelming amount of trash, constant congestion, extremely high prices, and the smell of marijuana everywhere made the stay unpleasant. I would not return unless it’s strictly for business. However, if I ever have to come back, I would absolutely stay at this hotel again. It was clean, the staff were kind, and the room size was more than sufficient. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New...

“They mentioned breakfast, but there was none. They mentioned a cafeteria in the basement, but it only had a microwave, a coffee machine, few coffee cups and 2 vending machines, 1 for chips and the other for juice. The sheet on the bed had long strands of straight hair. No table, nor chair. Thank you”

“The room was too hot. The thermostat wasn’t working. The bed was making noises the whole night is was in there”

“The Industrialist was my home away from home this month and since I was there for over 2 weeks, I can tell you it was absolutely perfect! It exceeded my expectations and I've stayed everywhere from St Regis to Ace Hotel so I'm pretty picky. I was in N.Y. for work so I didn't have a luxury hotel budget but The Industrialist was everything I needed. The rooms are not big and there's no room service, but my room was comfy, clean and quiet. I needed to be in Brooklyn for my work project so I was...
