“The location of the hotel is its biggest selling point. We were just steps from the Animas River and the adjacent bike and walking path. Main Street is just a five minute walk away. The lobby and dining room have a kind of grand charm. I don’t know when the hotel was built, but it has a historic feel to it. “It was perfect for us, very spacious - clean, and comfortable!”

Initially, the staff was not willing to acknowledge that I had been charged twice. It took nearly 50 minutes and involvement from a manager before they confirmed that the...

“We arrived after 5 hours in torrential rain on our motorcycle trip. We were chilled to the bone. Our rooms were not ready so we sat by the pool trying to warm up. The receptionist was able to get us rooms a little early which was a Godsend.”
