"We loved the hotel in general, the self service check in and out is awesome but the room we had (King penthouse suite) had a hole in a wall by the TV with a wire popping out, there were no tables bedside or through the suite. Fridge but no microwave and no coffee maker to even run hot water through. "It was actually really nice, I loved that it was so close to the subway station and had restaurants all around! didn’t have to worry about food and transportation. One thing I do wanna see improvement is their showers, it’s so tiny! Not made for bigger people. "
