"The hotel is nice and in a terrific location. The only blip is it is next-door to a bar which can be noisy at night. The room is a bit small but clean and nice. Breakfast was good. The hotel has a new name WOT. Evidently Expedia does not know that they changed their name. Also, Expedia's lists the hotel as having free parking, which is false. You have to park on the street and of course that can be difficult. The front desk are young woman who are nice, but not overly helpful."

Impressive attention to detail. Rooms are small yet comfortable. They are well laid out and have all the amenities. Staff is attentive, friendly and helpful. Beautiful interior design throughout. Excellent breakfast buffet plus cooked to order options. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious too. Pool area (indoor and out) is small, quiet and intimate. There is only room for a few chaise lounges so they may not always be available. The hotel is designed so you never have to venture out, but...

Very peaceful, friendly staff, nicely appointed rooms, good breakfast with very attentive staff and the woman at the front desk, Uni, was one of the most kind and helpful as was the morning server of coffee...I feel badly I have forgotten his name! The location was very nice, walkable, Bolt rides were inexpensive to/from the airport and there was very close and easy access to busing and trains. I was especially impressed with the room window closures and the ability to nearly completely darken...

This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in! The people working there are very friendly & super accommodating. The manager went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The apartments are beautifully decorated & absolutely spotlessly clean! There is not one negative thing to say about this property. We liked it so much that we look forward to returning for a longer stay. Perfect in every way!
