“The room was clean and well worth the price! The ONLY thing that was a challenge, was taxi's weren't willingly willing to get us here because it was within their parameters of the airport and it was about $40 to get us to the hotel. The place is beautiful and the staff are super friendly, extremely helpful and the room was very comfortable and easy to access.”

“Hotel looks very old and dirty. Carpet in the room ugly and extremely dirty. Only beds and towels were proper clean. Horrible shower which flooded all bathroom and thermostatic which was very hard to set up for proper temperature. We spend there only one night in the way to Legoland. Breakfast was good enough. We had all we needed. Good coffee.”

“No AC. Way too hot to sleep. Wondows do not open fully making things only worse. Long walk to room, no lifts.”

“Room was looking tired and wasn’t the cleanest. Lots of small detailed cleaning is required, extra attention to the woodwork & fittings. Thai restaurant wasn’t very good, over cooked chicken starter, old dressing. Main of Pad Thai was very over cooked, meaning the noodles difficult to eat. Bar staff & reception staff were very good and helpful.”

“Avoid! Club Quarters Hotel Covent Garden / Holborn. We had no advance notice there would be disruptive work on the hotel and found the lobby was half closed for various work in rooms and the floors. I asked if the drilling or hammering would stop on Saturday and Sunday. We were assured by the man on the front desk that was the case. But the noise started at from 8:30am on Saturday. The walls are paper thin, anyway, and you can hear your neighbour quite easily. in fact, the room was just weird....

We had quite a journey getting to England because our original flight to Paris was canceled so we got to Paris later than anticipated and then the trains to England were down because of the heat wave so we couldn't get to London as originally planned either. “We just returned from staying a night at The Langley. What a wonderful stay it was. The staff from reception to the housekeeping were so friendly and courteous and the room was spotless.
