This is the best hotel in Hanoi. Location is excellent. Our room was so quiet we did not hear any of the street noise. Everything was immaculately clean. The staff were so lovely, especially Daria at the front desk - so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was 10/10, so many options at the buffet plus an additional a la cart menu that was all included - eggs made to order, vegetarian bun cha, many Vietnamese options as well as western. Highly recommend!

We knew that many people a zillion time more famous stayed at this hotel including Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt and many other dignitaries and presidents from many nations, but the entire staff made us feel like royalties ourselves. They constantly made sure myself and my 2 small children were always comfortable and safe and happy. They always called our room to make sure we didn’t need something. They made sure my children were happy. Our last day we were getting a ride from our transfer to Hà...

Wonderful property and the best staff ever! They were so kind and helpful. They gave wonderful recommendations and booked our trip to Ha Long Bay. The breakfast was delicious and full of variety. When it was time to leave, they scheduled a car for us and even walked us out. Just an amazing experience overall!

Great location, cool vibe. A nice modern, upscale but casual hotel. Great breakfast and kind staff. 24 hour stay policy is great!

Excellent service from the staff, beautiful and comfortable rooms, great location and delicious restaurant!!!

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! This gem of a hotel was in the perfect location, had beautiful and pristine clean rooms and had all the amenities. Breakfast was wonderful and staff was exceptional. Lee at the front desk went out of her way to help arrange our activities and even let me borrow a nice sun hat because I didn’t have one. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, it perfect for couples and also families (we were a family of 5). I’ll surely be back here again!

Very helpful staff, kind and considerate. Very central location and offered us a brolly when it was raining. Room cleaned every day despite what time we slept to. Breakfast wasn’t the most exciting but it was comprehensive. Would visit again. Thank you

Hotel was excellent. The staff was very accommodating, specially the front desk and the spa. Tien at spa helped us the best treatment.
