“Nice place”

“It was a wonderful experience!”

“Bedspread (duvet) in room had a large dark stain on it and the carpeting was wet in front of the fridge. When you have dated hotel furnishings, a good place to start is by loosing all the dark spreads, and going to duvet covers or just triple sheeting. It took over 90 minutes for anyone to show up to correct the issues, and I was placed on hold for 15 minutes and 10 minutes when trying to talk to a front desk associate. I was told room changing was not an option because they were sold out...

“Off-site parking is 2 blocks away. No beach chairs or umbrellas included with the stay. Great view of the ocean!”

“Great location by the beach, lots of activities to do around there. Rooms were kinda small but not bad if you are planning on spending your time out doing things. Loved that the parking garage is connected and can literally park on the same floor as your room. They serve continental breakfast but there are lots of great local coffee shops near by. There are other resorts that offer more things and are better kept along the beach, but obviously cost a bit more. Overall not a bad place to stay.”

“Security from elevator access. Not restricted to guests only”

“The floors were absolutely disgusting immediately turning the bottoms of your feet black. Towels and mattresses all had stains on them. There’s literally one elevator that the staff and guests have to share making it clog up immediately and if you choose to take the stairs you’re greeted by a filthy hallway full of trash that smells like urine.”

“The location is fantastic and the room was big and clean. However, the furniture is outdated, the balcony was very dirty, and both the main bed mattress and the sofa bed were extremely uncomfortable. Breakfast was awful so we couldn’t eat anything there. There was constant noise from other guests partying during the night. It's fine if you only care about location, but I won’t be returning.”

“The hotel room was dirty. The bathroom most of all. The tub/shower backed up, there was a mildew/poopoo smell (glad i bought a candle), you can hear all the neighbors. The pull out couch has seen better days because it sinks in the middle. Everything was dingy, old, and smelly. The best thing about this hotel is the kitchenette.”

“The room had a perfect view of the beach. Nice breakfast selection and very friendly and helpful staff. Would stay there again.”

“The rooms are outdated. The sliding door to the balcony was very difficult to open and hard to lock. Housekeeping was poor. You had to complain multiple times to the front desk for them to come and clean your room. In my opinion you shouldn't have to ask to have your trash emptied and floor swept. It should be done daily. On the plus side you are next to the beach and being towards the north end of the boardwalk it wasn't extremely busy and wasn't over crowded.”

“I love that the room did not have carpet and extra clean towels and travel needs such as toothbrush, clean towels and iron located in hallway locker for guests. The only thing I did not like was the stinky carpet smell near 5th floor elevator. Carpet needs to be deep cleaned or removed. It smelled really bad.”
