“Friend”

“Clean room, great hospitality”

They were very helpful and accommodated my needs. If I had an issue, they would take care of it. I didn’t have any issues with the hotel but just my own personal things I needed. “I can't talked about the hotel, i only can tell you, i was lost to get to the hotel, and when I called to the hotel to get the exact location, they told me they don't any vacants until 2024. Thanks God that i could contact Karla from Customer Service by email(because i don't have phone service in Colombia) and she do the process with me to put me in another hotel. She was extremely helpful.”

“En las políticas de check in no especifica horas lo cual se convirtió en una pesadilla . Nunca abrieron ni estuvieron disponibles para ayudar en el proceso y encima NO me realizaron la devolución del dinero.”
