"My room had the large jacquzzi tub. The room was so large! One really amazing feature that more hotels should offer was a very good wheeled office chair for the desk. Amazing."

"I’ve been coming to Howard Johnson for 3 years now, the first two years I really really loved it! Hence my returns. The pool was super clean and warm. Our room was pretty clean as well except for some of the bedsheets and towels having some staining on them. Was not happy with the view of the room.. it would be nice since I am a returning customer that I could at least get the room that I usually have or it would be nice to have one with a balcony. The heat/air conditioning machine was also not working at the best capacity for us. Another suggestion is better vending machine options/prices. But overall room was clean! Pool was great :) Some of the staff were very nice and helpful and some seemed a bit more annoyed. But I understand as it is there busier season! We appreciated our stay thank you team at Howard Johnson!"

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found the property to be a good place. However, we were highly disappointed with the breakfast service. We went down to eat 20 minutes before the scheduled end of breakfast time, but there was absolutely no food left. The bread, muffins, coffee, and hot meals were completely gone and not replenished.While the rest of our experience was positive, running out of food early meant we missed out on an amenity we expected to enjoy. I hope management can address this to ensure food is kept stocked until the official closing time for future guests."

"Our room was clean and well maintained. Bell captain stall were very friendly and helpful. Check in process and the lack of front desk staff resulting in a long wait time. Daily house keeping not available. Online/in room bill folio review and check out not available. Site no longer has onsite restaurant and no room service or bar available."

"Staff was amazing no matter what we needed no matter what time I asked for it they delivered. Nice to come into a hotel with nice smiling faces and polite people who are willing to help hotel was a 38 minute walk from the Falls but across the street was the way go bus, which was very helpful for $16 a pass per person. You could use it for 24 hours."

"I continue to stay at this hotel because of its convenient location, proximity to great amenities, and, most importantly, the exceptional service I consistently receive. During this trip, I encountered a small hiccup and reached out to the management team after business hours. To my surprise, my email was acknowledged within five minutes, and both the General Manager, Nicholas, and Front Desk Manager, Ali, went above and beyond to resolve the issue promptly and professionally. Thank you management team for making me feel like a valued guest. Your outstanding customer service has reinforced my decision to stay here, and I will absolutely be booking my next visit at this hotel. A special thank you as well to Nicole! Your management staff truly put the EXTRA in extraordinary! Your dedication and genuine care make all the difference."
