"Check in was a breeze. Room was clean. Housekeeping was fantastic. Only downfall was the pool. Very shallow, no deep end and the floor of the pool was so rough. My daughter ended up scratching her knee pretty badly. Other than the pool the stay was amazing. Can't say enough about the front desk staff they were fantastic."

"Amazing experience and the most beautiful view over looking the falls! We were there as a family of 4. Everything was excellent except not enough towels for 4 people and the shower soaps were not refilled which was a bit disappointing as I don’t like to bother front desk for these things when it should already have been there. That’s why I’m giving service a 3 star. "

"The manager on duty went above and beyond to make our stay success, he even drove us to our location. As someone in the service industry, I must tell you I was super blown away by his Carismatic, his professionalism and most of all his genuine personality as a manager on call both myself, and my girlfriend were super impressed to say the least. "

"God value for the price. Close enough to the falls if you’re driving or plan on getting on using the bus. Beds got the job done. Lack of outlets for charging things. We had to unplug all but one lamp and the alarm. And still had to use charged with multi ports. Free bfast is like a school cafeteria not impressive. Staff were nice "

"Nice gem. The little things they do go up and beyond makes it a special place to stay. I rather stay at a hotel like this then a big box hotel with no personality. Our room was amazing and Greg was soso helpful. "
