โIt was the best! Everyone was kind, and the security was excellent too! If anyone is hesitating to stay here, just do it. Itโs a wonderful hotel! They also provided exceptional service when storing our luggage, which was very convenient.โ
โWe loved our stay here. Staff was incredibly friendly. Beds were comfortable. And the property and rooms were immaculate. Will definitely be staying her again. โ
โPros: spacious room, friendly staffs, good location between Fishermens wharf and downtown., decent price.
Cons: slow wifi, no "do not disturb" sign available in the room

โThe staff was super accommodating and friendly and made every effort to make the stay as enjoyable as possible.
The property is clean and new and nicely decorated. Lots of nice sitting area options and the hotel restaurant breakfast was really good. โ
โAn old heritage hotel located in downtown San Francisco. Although it maintains the old fashionable style, you must be prepared for the unpleasant smell that hits you as soon as you enter the room.
In addition to the hotel charge I paid by hotels.com, I must pay a daily urban fee of $35 and a 1.67% urban fee tax. If I had known in advance, I don't think I would have chosen this hotel.โ
โCastle Inn was very satisfying. When I made a reservation, they responded quickly to my questions about parking, and after checkout, they safely managed my luggage storage and parking. The location is very good for sightseeing, and the facilities were clean. Although it is not large, it is good value for money for a one-day stay, and the free parking is very attractive.โ
