“일 층의 가족실에 머물렀는데, 이층숙박객의 걸음마다 삐그덕 삐그덕거리는 나무천장의 소음이 많이 납니다. 밤늦게 들어와 아침까지 움직이는 소리에 거의 잠을 잘 수가 없었습니다.”

“Contacted the property multiple times to confirm arrival time, booking stated check in was at latest 11:30pm. Never received a response and when we had arrived prior to 11:30 we were left standing outside for 40 minutes waiting calling and finally we're able to get in not even from the person at the bnb (she was asleep). Room was tiny not what we had booked, bed was hard as a rock same with pillows. Bathroom door wouldn't close properly and the handle was falling off. Wifi barely reached room...

“We had a great stay. I was concerned about the self check-in, but it was easy and went very smoothly. The room is small, but it is very nice and updated and clean. A good location as well, walking distance to Old Town if you’re up for a longer walk.”

“장점 : 직원분들이 친절하시고 체크인 체크아웃이 매우 쉽습니다. 메일로 온 코드를 현관문에 입력하고 들어온 뒤, 키 박스에서 룸 키를 찾으시면 되는데, 한국분들이시라면 현관문을 어렵지 않게 여실 수 있으실 겁니다. 그리고 깨끗합니다. 매일 청소도 해주시는 것 같고 수건도 원하면 갈아주십니다. 배정된 방에러 창밖으로 보이는 풍경도 참 예뻐서 더 좋았습니다. 단점 : 엘레베이터가 없습니다. 영국의 호텔들 중에는 엘레베이터가 없는 곳이 많고 이곳도 그러니 짐이 무거울 경우 가파른 계단을 주의해 주세요. 그리고 호텔 방 안에 붙어 있는 안내문에는 아침이 제공된다고 되어 있었는데 제공되지 않는 것 같습니다.”

“Due to changes in travel plans, I cancelled my stay at the property over a month before the date and immediately notified Expedia and the property directly. Over the course of the next 5 weeks, I asked the property's owner numerous times not to use my credit card to charge for the stay. Unfortunately, claiming some "cancellation policy" wording, he did. Kudos to Expedia for writing to the owner and for trying to resolve the issue. But it is apparently up to him. Bottom line, I paid dearly for a...

“Check in was easy once we figured out the maze of hallways and stairs. Our room was outside next to the parking lot. It was so hot we had to have the window open and it was loud at night and early in the morning. The shower switch was busted and our toilet leaked. All issues were expressed and nothing changed. We stayed 2 nights and left. You get what you pay for. The upside was parking.”
