โLa Reeve was as a little bit home. The hotel was small and very homely, not having a formal dining chairs was a little strange but added to the feel of the place. The honesty bar was excellent as well as the afternoon snacks. Jose the reception guy was brilliant but the night porter was not particularly friendly, especially when the other staff at the hotel were so good. The outside courtyard was exceptional and the gardens were maintained with an obvious passion. Thank you for a great stay.โ
โRecรฉm inaugurado estive no inicio de set/25 com meu marido e filhos pequenos e o apartamento cheirava novo. Os utensรญlios da cozinha ( panelas, forma, pratos, copos e talheres) aparentemente nunca tinham sido utilizados.
O apartamento รฉ muito confortรกvel, o prรฉdio apresenta uma รณtima estrutura com piscina aquecida e coberta, jacuzzi, academia e um รณtimo cafรฉ da manhรฃ.
Os atendentes sรฃo prestativos, porรฉm em algumas situaรงรตes sรฃo confusos, acredito que com o tempo isso serรก serรก resolvido....
โThe hotel is beautiful, they have a free happy hour every day at 5 PM, they almost always give me a bottle of champagne, even if I donโt get the upgrade, the staff is incredible. They always carry my luggage to my room. The rooms are impeccably, clean and have a lot of little gifts inside like chocolate robes and slippers. All in all itโs just a great day and itโs my second time and I will stay again. โ

Hotel room was clean and they cleaned it every day. Super great location and safe. If you are thinking to stay in Santiago. Stay here. I do recommend. People who are working there were all friendly and nice. Super great experience for 5 days for me.โ
โWonderful hotel and experience. I had a cรณrner room with great light. Just the right size. Good shower and bathroom. Very attentive service. Wonderful spaces around the lobby for informal meetings, quiet work or reading. The bar is a bit small, but offers service also on the terrace outside. The restaurant Amandine has a great reputation with my Chilean friends and clients. But I did not try it. โ
