"The location is excellent, within short walking distance to Namba station and Dotonbori, filled with shopping and dining options. Namba station has direct access to Kansai airport via Nankai line. The room though quite small is cosy and comfortable. "

"Great place, good location. Everything is automated for checkin and out, very fast to get you room, storage for luggage with QR code, flawless.
Only negative thing would be the wait for elevator at peek time, but easy to understand with more than 40 floors."
