The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located right in front of the famous L’industrie Pizza and down the street is Little Italy with many great restaurants. There famous caffe Paradiso is only a 7 min walk and a 5 min walk to Leons bagels! The hotel provided a free water dispenser down in their lobby as well as free coffee and teas. They also provide free yummy croissants in the mornings. I would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed here four times now each for three nights. This time I was on the ground floor. I have also stayed on 1 and 2 (which is the top floor). The staff is great. They have a car service that will take you around greenpoint to drop you and pick you up. Rooms have working kitchens so breakfast in the room is easy. We stayed overnight during the week between Christmas and New Years Eve. The price was very affordable and parking was on-site. It was easy to find, the staff was amazingly friendly, and breakfast being included was a definite plus.. it included hot items like bacon, sausage, eggs, etc. The suite with kitchen and pull out couch was very comfortable for our family of 4. Applebee's does the room service but only until 11pm. There is a DD around the corner as well. It was a little tough to walk to...

The minute we got there, Miguel was very welcoming. Check in was fast and informative. The room was amazing with a king sized bed, clean linens, very clean bathroom with everything one needs. Coffee maker with cream and sugar, and lo and behold,,,,,there really was a complementary bottle of red wine. Would I stay here again? Absolutely! Would I recommend? Positively! Parking costs extra, but it is right next to the hotel, so convenient. Loved it.
