“I have been staying here with my family since 2003 for our annual pacific beach family trip, and there was never an issue. Yes, the hotel was old but it was clean, all the outlets worked as they should and the ammenities were just fine-and best part it was very affordable. Apparently the family that owned it for over 50+ years sold it this year (2026), and it is just not what is used to be. “Staff were phenomenal! However, the room needs help, shower, needs to be updated— it smelled moldy and looked dirty and that’s because it’s outdated I believe. Walls are dirty. Stayed because of the holiday weekend & beach was accessible.”

Kids loved seeing the seaworld fireworks from the open air rooftop patio. This property has it all. Owner quickly addressed any of our questions and needs. ”
