Liked: 1) Great location by the ocean and across Banyan Drive from Naniloa Golf Course and Lili’uokalani Gardens; 2) Convenient parking; and 3) Easy access to Highways 11, 19, and 200 (primary highways).
Disliked: 1) Less than friendly reception during our evening arrival; 2) Tired and worn condition with ad hoc repairs and “updates;” 3) Dreary double-loaded corridors; 4) Lack of balcony; 5) Unappealing pool with a nearly unfurnished deck area (no user of the pool area observed); and 6) Jet noise of the 6:00 AM flight from Hilo International Airport.
