“My husband and I had wonderful two nights in Venezia. It‘s the first day of our honeymoon. We have lovely memories in Venezia because they had sent us a message before I got there for preparing something for honeymoon and upgraded our room type! I really appreciate it. There restaurant is perfect! Good service and location, so I recommend this hotel to you.”

“Our room was great with two separate shower w/sink and toilet with sink areas! Pretty view and great location, say from the crowds but still easy to navigate to all the key attractions.”

“Really modern hotel that is close to the main attractions. Easily accessible by the vaporetto and the staff is very friendly. Will definitely be back when i get back to Venice!!”

“Andrea’s establishment is clean and quiet. Tucked away from the crowds which is nice. He was very friendly and amenable, provided me with suggestions for restaurants upon request.”

“Excellent and more than expected in all aspects!”

“all good”

“Just the right place to stay near St. Marco. Away from tourists in quiet neighbourhood. Many great restaurants are in 5min walking distance. I will be back for sure 😍😍😍”

“Standard small room with private bathroom. No king bed as advertised. Perfect location as water bus right outside front door. Although there is a lift you will have to navigate 2 flights of stairs with luggage. 24 hour staff very friendly and helpful.”

“Lovely property in a great location. The staff were very helpful”
