“Beautiful view, Great breakfast! We will definitely come back!”

“A solid 6:10 Before arriving on October 19th, I repeatedly requested a late check-out due to my late flight after a very long journey. I even offered to pay for an additional night, but was repeatedly told to check on the morning of departure. I understand the hotel may have been fully booked, but I made my request days in advance and expected better communication and assistance. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with how my request was handled and the lack of effort to find a suitable solution.”

“Primarily, soon as I walked in the room, I called Expedia for a refund, customer support took the complaint and said someone will get back to me. They never did.. The room was so small, I can barely breath, bathroom needs to get updated, no fridge, you can smell the carpet. I went to the front desk with my wife and requested a refund. He suggested to gave us another room which was ok. We are not happy with Expedia for their services, remember I’m your customer after all.”
