"Great Stay! I had a great stay at the Riviera Maya resort! The property was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the food was absolutely amazing. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I had a great time. I would definitely recommend this resort and look forward to coming back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Wonderful vacation for a couple and three adult sons. Nice beach, clean ocean (zero sargassum the third week of October), large and clean swimming pools, good food and drinks —- all included. Spacious, squeaky clean rooms. Helpful, polite staff. Very safe. We had a self-inflicted busy schedule :) Daily morning runs, breakfast, then swimming with turtles in the ocean, buffet lunch, swimming pool in the afternoon (with several activities available), weight lifting session, one daily hour of spa (sauna, Turkish bath, hot/cold pools, essence-infused showers, hydro-massage, all included), then restaurant dinner… Already counting the days to return next year! Small cons: slightly annoying system to trade a card for a beach towel; slow, bureaucratic checkin/checkout."

"This is the best resort we have ever stayed at. The facility is gorgeous, activities non-stop, and the staff is incredible. Gina was our personal concierge and she treated us like family. We spent an exceptional amount of time conversing (in spanish and english) at the bar with our favorite bar tenders (Irving and Efrain) and they were so fun and friendly. The beach volleyball lead by Sina was also epic. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone looking for an incredible and relaxing vacation with wonderful staff and a beautiful property. We can't wait to come back!"

"Pools where excellent and service on them was exceptional. Had access to all of Xcaret parks including transportation, all you need is your bracelet and you have access to all parks, transportation and food. We stay in 5 different rooms for 6 days and unfortunately 1 of the rooms the tv was not working on the left side of the screen and was not able to order in room service because that's the side the menu appears. (We need to order room service for my 81 year mother in law that was on her rest day after 2 days in the parks and you cant take food from the restaurants to the rooms because you suppose to have room service if tv is in working condition) also the phone for that room was not available on the first day."

"Anoche tuvimos la oportunidad de cenar en el restaurante Xal, una experiencia que, lamentablemente, fue muy decepcionante. El restaurante ofrece un menú de diez tiempos con una propuesta de fusión entre la gastronomía mexicana, finlandesa y del País Vasco. Sin embargo, desde nuestro punto de vista, la ejecución fue realmente deficiente. La presentación de los platos era poco atractiva y, lo más preocupante, fue la calidad y preparación de la comida. Los sabores, las texturas y la cocción estuvieron muy lejos de lo que esperábamos de un restaurante de este nivel.Uno de los primeros platos fatal la presentación y además muy mal elaborados, entre platos que nos sirvieron fue una preparación con cachete de res, al que ellos llaman “carrillera” o “carretilla”. La carne estaba hervida sabía súper mal, y la experiencia fue muy desagradable. Una preparación de este tipo, especialmente en un menú degustación de diez tiempos, debería estar perfectamente cuidada en cada detalle, los platos, muy mal elaborado muyy. Me cuesta creer que una propuesta que pretende estar inspirada en la gastronomía del País Vasco, una de las cocinas más reconocidas y respetadas españa , haya sido desarrollada y ejecutada de esta manera. Si realmente existe asesoría o participación de chefs vascos, considero que debería revisarse seriamente la ejecución del menú y la formación del equipo de cocina. En mi opinión, el restaurante necesita una revisión completa y profunda."
