"Very beautiful hotel, fun things to do. They do try and sale you alot of stuff and ask it over and over again. Lots of walking could improve that all around. Also last day before we even checked out we got kicked off the wifi couldn't connect thought that was a little strange. They had drained our tub outside as well night before. But overall good experience."

"Pools where excellent and service on them was exceptional. Had access to all of Xcaret parks including transportation, all you need is your bracelet and you have access to all parks, transportation and food. We stay in 5 different rooms for 6 days and unfortunately 1 of the rooms the tv was not working on the left side of the screen and was not able to order in room service because that's the side the menu appears. (We need to order room service for my 81 year mother in law that was on her rest day after 2 days in the parks and you cant take food from the restaurants to the rooms because you suppose to have room service if tv is in working condition) also the phone for that room was not available on the first day."
