“Great Apartments, clean & modern, not too far from all the hustle and bustle however is on top of quite a steep hill, we just hired e-scooters for the week and was fine but would definitely stay again, did t try the hotel food other than the toasties at the pool so couldn’t comment on the food but the toasties were great! Top tip get your drinks from supermarket at the hotel pool bar more than triple the shop ”
“Overall, our stay at Iberostar Las Dalias was very pleasant. The staffs were friendly, weather was perfect, the service was all-inclusive, for which we paid, of course,... However, few disappointments were a small coackroach found in the restaurant, meals tasting not super great, although being nice, and lack of infant facilites or playground for babies younger than 4 yrs old.”
“Such a nice stay in this small city by the sea. You're only 15 mins drive car from the airport and main touristic cities like Los Cristianos, but in a quiet environment, so it's really convenient if you have a car.
The room is small, but comfy, with a nice ensuite bathroom. The communal lounge is perfect for breakfast or just chill out. But I recommend going on the rooftop terrace on nice weather day to enjoy your breakfast or just sunbathing.”
“Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, especially ‘The Retreat’ if you’re travelling as adults only. Our pool was generally very quiet and the service poolside was great - the tapas for lunch at Mirador was also a lovely addition, again with great staff and service. The little touches in our room for birthdays and our wedding anniversary was so nice, plus at our evening meals. Thank you again to all of the wonderful staff for making this such a memorable trip! ”
“Although the hotel itself is quite nice, the service lacks a lot. The front desk managers except one person were rude and careless.
This hotel really needs to educate its managers.
Also Wifi in the rooms did not work althogh I moved to another room for this reason.”

Hotel and room very clean, loved the room and balcony.
However I found the mattress uncomfortable as were the meager pillows.
The forwarded information , how to access keys were incorrect and had to wait for the establishment to forward correct info whilst standing around outside, that was stressful. Eventually once I settled in my stay was on the whole really enjoyable .”
