"Very nice b&b hidden in a rather dated residential building (50s?). Once inside everything is nice! Front desk is usually empty but contacting them via email is usually no pbm. Neighborhood nice and safe. Plenty of dining choices. 10mins walk from town center (piazza reale did Napoli) and around the corner from the beautiful waterfront promenade and fort Ovo. The only thing is that it's a little hard to get to from the central train station. If you're with baggage, it's a lot easier with taxi...

"Pros: The location next to the bay was great. There was room for our whole family to stay. There were locks at both the property and the room, which made us feel safer having kids. - Plenty of sleeping spaces: queen bed, double couch bed, and a single day bed. "Had a wonderful stay at B&B Orsini46, arrived early before our check in time and room was ready for us , our hosts were very welcoming and friendly, gave us a map and told us about great restaurants, bars and loads of ideas of things to do while in Nsples. Room was very clean and welcoming, breakfast was served to your room at whatever time you requested the night before and was always delicious. Would highly recommend staying here as the location is perfect and area felt very safe. "
